Company Profile

The late Mr Tan Eng Kim was the co-founder of Eng Leong Tin Can Manufacturing Company (ELTC) with a few close friends way back in the year 1950's. It's initial operation was in a factory located at Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, producing can packaging mainly for edible oil, tea dust, coffee powder and kerosene content.
 

December 30, 1953, was the day the Company was officially incorporated under the name of Eng Leong Tin Can Manufacturing Company Limited. ELTC has been in tin can manufacturing business for more than half the century, as we always been focus on product quality excellences, customer's satisfaction and product customisation. Thus, the Company consistently pro-active and upgrading itself on technologies in order to serve our customers better. Hence, we do always work hand-in-hand and back-to-back with customers by creating supply chain, in enabling us to be more agile by understanding their market expectation for a better customer support and make-to-order product.

Today, ELTC manufactures all types of general cans from plain, lacquered to lithographed which come in various sizes and shapes, used in industries like, chemical, edible oil, lubricant oil, dry food, adhesive, paint, gift-packaging and many more.  We always mention to our customers that "you name it, we have it".
